The Terrible Old Man

It seems that it has been quite some time since my last post. I must hastily apologize for that. I have also been a bit absent from New Babbage as of late as well. Not to worry, my presence will grow now that I have settled a few things IRL.

I'd like to do two things with this post:
1. Let you know what has been going on within the dusty recesses of my mind.
2. Share a beautifully animated version of H.P. Lovecraft's "The Terrible Old Man"

First, I am working on an idea for a weekly machinima series that will be based in New Babbage. I am currently researching video capture software and video editing software. I want this to not only look good, after all. I am working with a couple of friends on the idea for the series, scripting, and characters. It will more than likely be a couple of months before we get this going and begin principle filming and such. Please check back for updates on this project, you can also feel free to IM me in world with questions or suggestions.

Here is the video I promised! The narration on this video is great, and the animation is quite lovely and dark. Make sure that you drop by it's home on youtube to rate it and give comment. As a note, I had nothing to do with this video, but I do not mind doing my part to spread Lovecraftian art.

I am afraid that you have me confused with another bald headed, bearded, and lovable miscreant :)
